Day 1: 8oz glasses of Celery juice every hour
Day 2: 8oz glasses of Seeded-Grape Juice
Day 3: 8oz glass of Carrot Juice
Drink Steam Distilled/Distilled Water as well
Juice preferably fresh-blend and add water
Bowel Herb at evening 5-6pm w/16oz of water
(Cascara Sagrada/ CCE.W) until end of month
On the 4th or 8th Day, begin to eat light salads and soups with no meats. Bone Broth is permissible (bison, chicken, beef-make sure from reputable company-if not vegetable broth)
roots, seaweeds, greens, carrots, grains, legumes, vegetables. use from the foods list. Start taking herbs by suggestion 3x per day, 6 days per week. Continue to drink 1-Juice for 30 days and Water consistently to keep the detox cleanse building to rejuvenate.
Every 7th day rest from all herbs except ALFALFA. This is the day you may have healing crises, where your body takes time to recalibrate and release. Therefore pamper yourself. Get your Therapeutic Massage, Pedicure and Feet work, walks in the park, swim, smell the flowers your love, write in your journal about the whole week where you forgot and release into it your day. Love yourself more and others.
Daily take your time and don't stop. Where you fall off get right back on your herbs. Herbs and Good foods in consistency is paramount. Taking herbs once a day is not therapeutic, it must be taken as suggested. Consistency in gently exfoliating your skin daily with all natural soaps, sunbathing 20-min each side daily, taking care of your teeth without fluoride products, 25-35 min of movements and deep breathing daily, journaling about your feelings and changes/non-changes, massages, and stretching. Lastly Meditating on positive uplifting and healing words to rejuvenate during the detox cleanse.

RED CLOVER BLOSSOM BLENDED: 20-30 drops 3x per day 6 days for 2 weeks; 25-40 drops same for 2 weeks; 30-50 drops same for 2 weeks; then start Burdock Root
BURDOCK ROOT: 40-80 drops 2-3x per day 6 days for 6 weeks; then restart RCB
KID (Kidney Combination): 20-30 drops 2-3x per day 6 days per week
BUCHU: 10 drops 2-3x per day for 2 weeks 6 days per week; 20 drops same next 2 weeks; 30 drops thereafter
CORNSILK COMBO: 15 drops 2-3x per day 6 days per 2 week; 30 drops same for 2 weeks; 40 drops same thereafter
